主要功能:增強上肢、胸部及背部肌群力量,提高身體協(xié)調(diào)性。
鍛煉方法:躺在座椅上,背部貼近靠背,雙手握住手柄,用力將手臂向前推直后,緩慢還原,重復(fù)動作使用。
建 議:10次為一組,每次訓(xùn)練1-3組。
警 告:1.禁止16歲以下兒童使用; 2.禁止擰掉緊固件;
3.禁止猛然把器材力臂抬高后松手。
